PREMIER SHOW PROGRAM ADS
To make the Premier Guard Show even more successful this year we will be making a Program with ads. They are available in several sizes and for personal, family and business Ads. In order to get as many Ads as possible we have posted the two forms you need in the Forms section of this website or you can click on Business or Personal/Family to open the forms from here.
WINTER FEES DUE
The second payment for Winter Fees is now due as of January 1st.
Varsity Guard $500.
A Guard $250.
JV Guard $150
Winter Percussion $200.
Concert Season Fee (Concert/Wind Bands) $200. Fee is past due if not paid in December.
TRAILER FUND
It has been decided that it is in the best interest of the WBHSBPA to hold the
title and own the Performance Ensemble trailer outright instead of donating it
to the School Board/School. Therefore, it is imperative that we set up a
maintenance/emergency fund right away for this school year. Everyone is very
excited to have such a beautiful trailer for our Performance Ensemble!
We are asking all Band/Guard families to make a donation to this fund. Any size
donation is appreciated. Please put donations in an envelope marked "Trailer Fund"
and place in the bandroom safe.

CHARMS BAND ACCOUNTING PROGRAM
We use Charms Office for members to track their band account fees, payments and fundraisers. Please contact Jackie Breen, bree7030@bellsouth.net for access information for your child’s account.
